Meet Dan

Dan Humes is a multi-disciplinary professional engineer overseeing construction documents with experience on well over 100 projects in the past decade alone in construction and civil engineering design. Areas of specialization include stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, utility coordination and relocations, and land development design and permitting.

A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Dan earned his Bachelor's of Science (Civil Engineering) from the Pennsylvania State University and his Bachelor’s of Arts (Natural Sciences) degree from Lock Haven University (Concentration in Physics with a Mathematical Minor). He is an active member in the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) and Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (PSPE), both the local Valley Forge and Bucks Chapters.

Prior to Engineering, Dan worked in the construction industry for various general contractors (including the family owned one), excavators and paving contractors and knows how things are built…. allowing him to be in responsible charge of the generation of detailed construction drawings, calculations, permitting applications and material specifications for your projects throughout the Philadelphia/Eastern Pennsylvania Region, Tri-County area (Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia).
